But the road to this point wasn't always easy. After years in a sedentary work environment and two major knee surgeries, Holly developed aching joints and +50 lb weight gain. With the help of personal trainers and her own thirst for knowledge, Holly changed her lifestyle, dropped the excess fat and added muscle to strengthen her joints. She shares the lessons she's learned with her clients to transform their own bodies. By giving them a better understanding about how their bodies work and how to change them, Holly works with her clients on the journey to better health. |
